I was following the guide on the site, but first I did not see any Elf folders. Also, as I didn't want to use elves anyway, I put in Rohan pads but I could not change the team to my desired new faction. I'm guessing you've gotten this before, but I didn't see anything that might answer it. Thanks in advance.

Did you put your modified files into the main BFME directory?
