Well, you wonder how to make new upgrades?
To make the upgrade is fairly simple... Just make a new one in upgrade.ini and name it whatever you'd like...
Then... You have to...
Uhm... Know what? If you don't know what to do next, just check out commandset.ini, the unit/building inis and just try to figure out how it works...
I could've told you everyting, but I don't because:
1. I'm too damn lazy...
2. I think it's good to try to puzzle it together yourself... It's a good way to learn, (and then you can always ask some questions along the road though)
3. Uhm... I'm just too freakin' lazy

and wiz1, not to be offending of anything, but have a look at your files before you ask... I mean, it's possible you could've done that, but it doesn't feel that way.. Also, to become a modder, your best bet is to learn alone aand, questions are of course welcome, just don't overdo it
