Spencer has suggested that I do the retcon soon (I plan within the next few days), and I would like to know who'd be interested in writing their side's end post? I will be writing a post of the end of it all, and afterwards I'll be reorganizing the entire thing and reopening registration soon afterwards. I've learned a few lessons from the first time, and the second time will be different.

I'll be PMing everyone a link to this thread to see who's interested. I understand a few of you probably don't/won't have internet access over the next few days, so I can hold off if you'd like. (That's namely directed at Ash, since I have seen he hasn't internet access.) I'll be starting the post relatively soon, but... Thoughts on this?

Well, I'm interested in finishing it, but I can't keep my ADHD under wraps for the endgame... One last post should be good, though. Oh, and merry Christmas, Crave.

OLD SIG
When history witnesses a great change Razgriz reveals itself,
first as a dark demon. As a demon it uses it power to rain death upon the land,
and then it dies. However after a period of slumber Razgriz returns
As the demon sleeps, man turns on man.
Its own blood, and madness soon cover the earth.
From the depths of despair awaken the Razgriz.
Its raven wings ablaze in majestic light.
Amidst the eternal waves of time
From a ripple of change shall the storm rise
Out of the abyss peer the eyes of a demon
Behold the Razgriz, its wings of black sheath
The demon soars through the dark skies
Fear and Death trail its shadow beneath
Until Men united wield a hallowed sabre
In Final Reckoning, the beast is slain.

Sure, I'd give one final post. How is this going to end?

Well, just follow along with how the war's gone so far. Post what's going on in your nation now due to the war, etc. The final post will include some surprises. ;)

I am going to wait for Ash to respond, though. He's put alot into this, and I'm sure he'd want to make at least one ending post. :p

Edit- And Merry Christmas/Happy Holidays all. ;)

I'm willing.

BTW what's gonna happen after? A more future oriented game or more modern?

ARGUMENT FROM CREATION, a.k.a. ARGUMENT FROM PERSONAL INCREDULITY (I)
(1) If evolution is false, then creationism is true, and therefore God exists.
(2) Evolution can't be true, since I lack the mental capacity to understand it; moreover, to accept its truth would cause me to be uncomfortable.
(3) Therefore, God exists.

More modern and open-ended. Essentially the story we created now will be erased and we'll start from the beginning. Perhaps after the second time around we'll look more towards the future.

Great. I'm looking forward to a more pseudo-modern feel. This still going to have superpowers as a bit of story drivers though?

BTW If you want I can give a try at designing a map, just give me a call if something.

Hey, I just noticed that you pulled my sig into the subtitle. :p

First several chapters of my final post. Up to 12 pages but it's a decent read. If you're going to read only a little, just read chapter one and the prologue, but I highly recommend the rest of it.

The PDF is 2.33mb! I can't even attach it here! FTP4TEHWIN!

http://rpgg.net/CCW/...lantiach123.pdf

I'm getting a read error when I try to open it. If anyone else runs into this, I'll create a new PDF and upload it. It might have something to do with the embedded fonts.

How about just copy pasting it to a post?

It's rather unsurprising that the size has been dropped considerably now. The link should work and I'll attach a copy of it here also.

Very good work, Spence. :p

Assuming I get time, I'll begin writing a conclusion. It probably won't be as long like Spencer's, since I've schoolwork to do along with other things, but I hope to make it a worthwhile ending for this all.

Have you actually read it though? Because I don't think the PDF took.

The PDF took fine for me, unless there are some pages missing. I see 11 on the counter. In any case I'm only able to skim it or read bits and pieces at a time, but what I have read so far it's a good read.

Thanks, it works fine for me now too, occasionally Acrobat and Firefox have a bitchfest though and it suddenly stops working again.

Update: Yeah, was meaning to getting around to do this, but... Finals kinda hit me in the balls like a ton of bricks. And adjusting to the new semester isn't really helping. Hopefully I can get something finished... Fuck, I won't even lie to y'all and give you a date. :p

CCWO and this run completely independently of each other. Ending this probably won't force that to start up.

I've been sidetracked yet again, with second semester picking up somewhat. Hopefully I'll be able to settle in better and devote some time to this (I may not even finish it and just wipe it and start anew), but there are several speed bumps along the way... Namely school, social life, and women. (er... woman >.>) Shouldn't be too hard to juggle once I get in the groove, but until that time consider this on life support.

And I apologize for my repeated absences. :p The old saying "Life's a bitch" applies, but instead with "Real" attached to the beginning.
