The old version is what is currently being used. It only works with IE 5.5 +. It's an effective methor of linking all network sites.
The new version is the one made by Mthree. It works in all browsers. Many hostees have had problems with it. The code is simple and quick to load.

I like the new one it looks cool, but i prefer the current (old) one.

Old one fits better in PPM.
