Is there anyway to change the amount of points u can spend on say damage, or health?
not the points them selves but the amount u can put into the atrabutes

Ya. In the INC files for each of the classes. Be aware that if you use modded CaH's online you are CHEATING. Just a friendly notice

If you look in your saved folder under bfme:rotwk, it appears you can change the level of the skill. So I think you can cheat by granting say level 3 at level 1.
And I found by increasing the attribute points, it makes the hero unplayable online. Unless I messed something up somewhere.
I changed the value, made the hero and changed it back. Still didn't play online.
