Thoughts:

The Heavy armour for the Iron Hills Warrior should be mail IMO. ATM it actually looks less heavy than the light armour.

Dain could do with looking a bit more royal. ATM he looks like a random dwarf of no importance.

The unwrapping on the dol guldur orcs weapons seems a bit messed up.

The Dwarf Guradians look very interesting. Perhaps duplicate their cloak effect to give Dain a more royal-look?

Can the great goblin move over the battlefield, or does he just sit on his chair?

The buildings look nice, do they have the non-controllable characters that interact with them?

Playing games? Ah, you'll never be a good modder if you get involved in actually playing them!

It's not a boat it's a large platform which i'll make a new model for soon with lots of spikes and some goblin slaves on it.
And his platform will become more eloberate.

The IronHills Heavy Armor is standard for all dwarf Units it's a Plate mail since the units come with ChainMail standard I imagine that Dwarven Heavy Armor would be Plate Mail.
The Dol Guldor Orc Weapons are using standard Orc Textures at the moment.Since you can't notice them ingame I'm not really concerned about reskinning the weapons at the moment.
Dain and the Durin Guards share the same cape design though the colors are different.
The Dain skins are quick knock ups because I wanted something different to look at then his standard red costume.
The Woody Hall has birds flying around and Bears circling it.

I have also made the model for thew new High Elven Haven (looks pretty cool) I'll show it in the next update.
The Goblin Haven has been remade and now builds the Great Goblin instead of the Dragon (which has been axed from this mod for now).

The Havens will now have some defense plots to build statues, wells, towers,Bunkers and in some cases wall segments to help defend the Haven.
The ammount of plots will vary with each Haven and their cost they'll usually be between 4-6.

Power is a hard thing to judge. Some of the evil factions for instance will probably be powerful early game, but I'd imagine overall in a case of fu armies vs fu armies High Elves would wtfpwn.

FU vs FU I think Dwarves would win they have great siege and Heroes with strong and varied abilities.Dol Guldor are also very strong.
The one of noticed being really strong is the Goblins in early game and even in Late game they are very strong. They have early game supremacy even over Mordor with the Goblin Rush spam and Tunnel network stuff in mid game they are probably not as deadly but they get strong once the Stone Trolls start coming out Stone Trolls throw stones with great power and distance and have a decent firing rate a small group of Stone Trolls (4-6) can take out a Balrog suprisingly quick.
As for the High Elves i'm not really sure where their strength lies I guess they would be Mid-Late game with Glorfindel's 'light' abilities and Arwens Flood Horses (the AI for High Elves uses a lot of cavalry).
Green Elves will be much the same in Mid-Late game (late game being Galadriel upgraded with Ring Lust).
Morgul will be much like Mordor.
As for Harad,Rhun,Wilderland and Shire I have no idea :p.

yeah give or take a month or so.I hope i'm done with adding any new units so i'm working on what i've done.
Naval combat and Dock expansions won't be in the initial release if I work it out it'll probably be in version 1.01.
