President Dugan has decided to lift his 'Future Forces Information Secrecy' Act after we captured a data module located in one of their signal devices, called a Guardian Outpost. This module has data on practically all of their units and structures. For all we know some parts of this may be false, Commander and partial to change, but we have uploaded a new database containing all the data. It looks similar to the last one, but to access it you need to proceed to this page instead to access it. The online interface will be updated accordingly. The database is still being uploaded at present, so you may not get an immediate connection, or some pieces may be missing. It will all be there soon Commander.

Good stuff you've got planned for this.

I suggest raising the price of that armory. Though only one per battle can be built, it's still a very significant advantage to any commander who has it.

Price increased to $2500, thanks for the suggestion. I've also tweaked the Soylent value so you get no money for selling it.

Armories cause AI build bugs, make sure its a player-build only item. Give the AI a cloning vat with the armory image or something try and balance, but essentially, 25 elite infantry of your choice is always going to be a powerful force, almost guerenteed to take out $2500 of enemy forces even if you don't micro-manage them...

Armories are already player-only. That's a misprint, I copy-pasted the Yuri Armory entry and took out parts, but I've already reduced the Armory capacity to 15, I just forgot to edit the info on the site.
