The only thing wrong really with TS was the graphics. Too dark and too small. Plus all the units moved like a snail in slow-mo (u gotta turn gamespeed up to turbo to move at anything like a nice pace). It's a shame RA2 doesn't parse ALL the logic of TS. would make my life (and FS-21's) a lot easier.

i prefer nod, the sub apc and cyborg commando combo was nice , its easy to slaughter yuri as sov when he has lotsa master minds, terror drone em ,as long as he dont got loads of gats
works every time if ya got good enough micro to get the td past the gats

i liked RA2 solviets i played as iraq when i played RA2 online kinda stuck cant beat a fleet of about 15 kirovs

2 vs 1, and all i had left were a sov barracks, a refinery, and a powerplant...
My ally made prisms and stuff, and I made my conscipts...
My conscripts took out at least 3 bf with seals and a tanya, completely swamped them...That was great...

I never played TD, but...
Whenever I play TS or Ren, I do so as Nod. TS nod never lost their owningness. I mean, c'mon the rocket soldiers own all those GDI expensive orcas and titans. Sure, you could bitch and moan about how great those friggin' juggies are, but.... *Banshees swoop in, BOOM*
In Ren, the black hand guy with the chain laser rifle is to drool over, also, if used right, a light tank can take out an advancd gaurd tower easy as hell.
In Red Alert 1, I ALWAYS PLAY SOVIETS. They own, there is no doubting this. The allies Chrono tech sucks, leave a handful of heavy tanks at base and watch them get owned.
In Red Alert 2, I hate Yuri . His units either are without good counter, like the Boomer, or weak as hell, like the yuri clone. I mean, he's such a limited side, even with the mind control. So what? He can take a handful of units. Whoopty do! It's called air power.
I play equally as sovs and allies in RA2. Allies are what they should have been in RA1. Sovs just plain own. I mean, who cares if V3s suck if you can just tank rush instead?
In Gen, I play Either as China (Nuke Gen) or GLA. GLA have all that rodentesque pest features, but it's very hard to impliment them as a human player, comp works that aspect better.
China just has nukes. You can win without ever risking those tanks, if you want, but I LOVE horde bonus...
