the icon of high elven barracks is the but that build the normmaly elven barrack

The building will look the same, but it has another commandset, in which you should be able to build the two warrior hordes.

Perhaps you didn't change the object line in 'CommandButton Command_ConstructHighElvenBarracks'? If you keep that the same as the original button, it will build the original barracks.

IIRC, You can't "build" child objects as such. All Child-Objects in game are a spawn of another unit and made that way to save coding time. I remember trying this once and having incredible problems. Try making it an actual building and I think it'll be fine.
