ALLIED FORCES

America
Special Unit: Apache
Efficiency: Quick Reflexes - +20% Vehicle & Navy Speed
Veteran: GI, SEAL, Dolphin

The Apache is officially the best Helicopter in the world, and brought back into commission after the first Red war. Its armed with an effective minigun for infantry jobs and missile launchers for Vehicles and other armour.

Britain
Special Unit: Phalanx
Efficiency: Stubbornness - +10% Vehicle, Navy & Infantry Armour
Veteran: Sniper, Destroyer, Grizzly

The 'Phalanx' Chrono Tank was very useful for taking out Moscow and other Commi defensive positions in the first war and now only utilized by the Great British. This time it has been enhanced however, now armed with missiles which can actually erase things from time. It can also teleport around the map as well.

France
Special Unit: Ballista Cannon
Efficiency: Passive Defence - +10% Structure Armour
Veteran: GGI, IFV, Aegis Cruiser

The Ballista Cannon is a large artillery unit. It fires a large shell a very long distance, however it is inaccurate. This doesnt really matter because of its large blast radius and power, it can destroy most armours easily but virtually incapable versus moving targets.

Germany
Special Unit: Tank Destroyer
Efficiency: Weapon Skill - +25% Faster Rate of Fire
Veteran: Chrono Legionnaire, Aircraft Carrier, Mirage Tank

German Tank Destroyers were pretty pathetic and laughed at by the Soviets and Yuri; now this has changed. The Germans armed it with a more powerful cannon than even before, more effective vs all armours. The vehicle itself also has more armour to withstand heavy units of the Soviet Union and also has a turret to help target vehicles on the move.

Korea
Special Unit: Black Eagle
Efficiency: Airpower For the Win - +30% Aircraft Stats
Veteran: Rocketeer, Harrier, Chrono Bomber

Korean Black Eagles have been improved as well. Armed with twin rockets, more powerful than before it can take out virtually anything easily. Furthermore it is now faster and has more armour so it will be able to last long enough under enemy fire to drop its payload and maybe even make it back to base.

Japan
Special Unit: Sky Razor
Efficiency: Mineral Wealth - +15% Faster Unit Construction
Veteran: Prism Tank, Battle Fortress

Once the Japanese entered the war they immediately developed the Prism Tanks technology to be able to fire at aircraft. Giving the Tank an more powerful Prism piece, its laser no longer brakes up after a certain distance so it can target aircraft quite well. This, however, means it isnt that effective against ground units but can still take on infantry quite well.

SOVIET UNION

Russia
Special Unit: Tesla Tank
Efficiency: Titanium Shell - +15% Vehicle, Navy & Aircraft Armour
Veteran: Tesla Trooper, Kirov, Dreadnought

The Tesla Tank has been improved remarkably overall. It is slower than before, but its heavier armour and twin tesla packs make it possible to actually use against enemy armour battalions.

China
Special Unit: Masstodon
Efficiency: Cheap Production - -15% Vehicle & Navy Cost
Veteran: Conscript, War Miner, MiG

The Masstodon is rather incredible. The Chinese love for firey entrances into battles have developed a Napalm throwing Apocalypse. It is slow than the Apocalypse though, however has more armour and stronger weapon. Infantry can't stand a chance and neither can armour. Its one weakness though is Aircraft; it has no way of fighting back.

Ukraine
Special Unit: Terroriser
Efficiency: Efficient Systems - +25% Faster Rate of Fire
Veteran: Sea Scorpion, Apocalypse

Ukraine hated the lack of good artillery units in the Soviet army, so it developed its own. A large mobile artillery unit was born. It fires heavy shells packed with "Ivan" explosives causing the same effect as a mob of Crazy Ivans could on a larger scale.

Cuba
Special Unit: Base Raider APC
Efficiency: Patriotism - +20% Defensive Structure Armour
Veteran: Flak Trooper, Volkov, Typhoon

The Base Raider APC came from the Cuban patriotism. Ever man, woman and yes even child in Cuba wanted to fight with their enemies so a more heavier APC was needed to transport them all to the front line. This Base Raider can withstand a lot of enemy fire and charge into the enemies base with some success.

Libya
Special Unit: Demolition Truck
Efficiency: Nuclear Mechanics - +20% Vehicle & Navy Speed
Veteran: Crazy Ivan, Rhino, V3

The Libyan Demolition Truck wasnt as effective as they thought it would be so they improved it. The unit now has more armour on it, however it is still weak, and now also carriers a higher yield of Nuclear explosives inside giving nearly the same effect as a Nuclear Bomb. It also has a feature where it can be deployed to self destruct giving commanders more control.

Iraq
Special Unit: Tactical Fighter
Efficiency: Rebels - -20% Infantry Cost
Veteran: Desolator, Flak Track, Siege Chopper

Iraq, being as explosive as they are, did the following maths: MiG + Nuke = Tactical Fighter. Well its not as agile as a MiG, but it does have the power to blow their enemies to hell and back.

OMNICRON LEGACY

Psi Keepers
Special Unit: Cognizant Disc
Efficiency: Psychic Forceshield - +20% Non-defensive Structural Armour
Veteran: Psi Corps Trooper, Magnetron, Squid

The Psi Keepers hated the idea of Omnicron splitting up and becoming 4 almost separate organisations. It prefered to keep traditional Mind Control at hand and so produced an advancement on the Floating Disc. This advancement is a brain implanted onto a saucer and it flies around mind controlling up to 4 units. When used right it can be very effective.

Discordants
Special Unit: Contaminator
Efficiency: Chemical Boosters - +20% Vehicle, Navy & Aircraft Speed
Veteran: Parasite, Weasel, Boomer

The Discordants wanted more chemical weaponry to utilise, they also liked the idea of being able to attack the enemy with a chance of not being attacked back so they created the Contaminator. It's fires a missile which explodes in a shower of chemical substances and leaves behind a radiation of some form. Any infantry caught in the blast or the radiation bubble up and explode into toxic and corrosive gas able to kill other infantry and even destroy armoured units.

Helix Duress
Special Unit: Genome Crawler
Efficiency: Genetic Enhancements - +25% Infantry Armour
Veteran: Brute, Lasher, Gattling Tank

The Genome Crawler is a small tank fitted with two weapons; a mutation Laser and a Rocket Launcher. The Mutation Laser is used on infantry and will convert them into Mutants instantly. The Missile Pack i used to tackle armour and structures and is quite effective at it.

Black Disunion
Special Unit: 'Muscle' Heavy Tank
Efficiency: Evil Aura - +15% Vehicle & Navy Armour
Veteran: Initiate, Shredder, 'Shark' Attack Sub

The Black Disunion saw the Lasher as total incompetence and devised their own weapon to wage war with later on in battles. the Muscle Heavy Tank Armed with twin 130mm cannons it is very effective against everything, however has no defence for aircraft. Lumbering slowly across the battlefield it is a terrifying site to see.

LOL, fixed Psi Keeper special description. The Ballista Cannon would very rarely hit moving targets but then it is not designed to fight armoured devisions anyway...

I like what you're doing, but imo, some countries get to much specials - Russia gets three +15% updgrades, which compared to, let's say Japan with it's +15% of minerals updgrade is not really ballanced.

But besides this, the list looks good and well though of.

Masstodont
It is slow than the Apocalypse though, however has more armour and stronger weapon.

By the way, what does "Masstodont" mean?

Relating to a Mastadon (extinct proboscidian elephant with odd molars)

But misspelt in such as way as to put emphasis on "Mass," indicating it weighs a lot, thus is likely fairly large.

And is also what the current vxl used was christened so thats why it has the name. :p

But, I did no know it was some big elephant man, and I like the name Mastodon (Not Mastadon, even check Google :) ) so will change the name. But the Jeeves made it sound good and as if it was meant to be like that so will leave the double s.

Nothing, just a T98 tank furrowed the a pavement in China just several days ago ^^

Only reason some only have two veterans is because I ran out of infantry.

Ukraine can use Veteran Terrorist
Japan can use Veteran Sky Razor

Or you can make all Special Units Veteran ^^

Cant have veteran specials because they would be too special. And the terrorist isnt trainable, nor available as it was in old YR. :p

Edited first post showing all the sides who are complete (i.e special unit done) in green. This is more for myself than anything though, since I could have done them all by now and have gotten lazy, focusing more on the sequel. :p
