Depends what u class as balanced, contra v5 i thinks good but there are things in it that are still kinda OTT.
But yes creator and pend both work hard on there mods and do it 95% on ther own apart from i think 1 or 2 models that someone makes for them sometimes.

Guy hate to tell you this but... your post made no sence. lol

And i am shocked to find this thread still open, this has served its lame purpose. Could have been pm'd to pend and creator or posted in suggestions area, while commenting on the mod and idea's.
