Last night was Eurovision (yep the thing that bores people to sleep).

The winning country was Turkey, with something like 175 points or something.
Russia was a close 2nd (tATu was their entry, so they shoulda got 1st not second )
Belgium was an even closer 3rd.

Know where the UK came?

what gets me is the fact that tATu were on there, if UK used professionals, we would have done better too.

And why is that? tATu are good. Their songs r too catchy. All the things they sing run thru your head

No, you can use professionals (hence tATu were in), you just cant use songs that have been released on CD. The songs have to be specially written.

Did anyone actually hear the British entry? It's like one of those kiddy-fied songs aimed at 6 year olds! And the people who they got to sing it were probly the people who present the shows aimed at 6 year olds with those songs on them.

It was as bad as the Cheeky Girls making an entry for wherever the fk they're from. They'd do as badly as us.
