I know this might irrelevant to the mod, but i wanted to ask about your opinion about a WW2 era Katyusha Launcher, that i modeled using 3ds max8, this is one of the few models i've ever completed, it has exactly 1501 polygons, and 3076 triangles, can the Sage or Zero hour engine, handel it, meaning can i add this unit to Zero hour, after i've done everything else, or is it too high poly?
Thank you.

I wouldn't even call this katyusha, more of some technical with rocket tubes. I don't even think that it's rockets are similar to BM-13, it can be anything.
Anyway, i still don't understand why wheels are different. It doesn't seem to make any sense.
And seeing as it is mounted on a technical - why wouldn't you just modify one of C&C Generals technicals?

a new faction, with high poly models

Now i have a better idea than the one with modifying C&CG technical.
Guess what? I've got a present for ya:
It's the same land cruiser your launcher is based on.
Try to make a new model using this drawing, this would be a good lesson. After you've done, i'll try to figure out your mistakes.
About your picture - now i am positively sure it's no katyusha. Probably they called it this way because of visual similarity.a new faction, with high poly models
I really would not recommend to make high poly models for C&CG. There is no limit technically, but you should keep in mind that more poly your models have, more lags you'll experience ingame. We keep our models at 1500 triangles, and it's already too much.

is it SAGE engine itself that might cause lags, or the machine specs?
