How about adding squads? it's been done before in Zero hour, but not a squad of the same type, for example a squad of 5 riflemen, or 5 antitank infantry, rather a squad comprised of different infantry types (Officer,Regular, heavy support, anti-tank, grenadier, anti-air....).

There will be no squad mechanics in RWM.
By the way, squads don't have officers in them, they're usually led by a sergeant.

I think he ment an NCO (Non Commisioned OFFICER). Which of course is a sergeant.
The US Army is odd. I would think they would do it the same as most other Western countries and have a Corporal as squad leader and Lance corporal as second in command...
