I also enjoy Lost and 24, though I haven't seen them in a while. I missed a bunch of episodes of each, so I won't continue watching until I'm caught up.

JERICHO:
After nuclear missles strike several areas, the people of Jericho must fight for survival.
Cast includes:
Jake, a young man who ran away from home who was passing through his home town and has to face his past when the nuclear crisis occurs. Eric, Jake's brother, he had to make up for his brother's abscence. To make matters worse, he has fallen in love with the bartender despite the fact he already has a wife. Whats-her-name with the blonde hair, has an old grudge and love for Jake. Her father is a leader of a gang, and her fiancee is considered to be dead. John (correct me if I'm wrong) Hawkins, arrived with his family in Jericho the day before the disaster. He always seems to be prepared and has little time for family life. Whether he has anything to do with the bombs has not yet been revealed. Mayor Green (again, correct me if I'm wrong) the father of Jake and Eric, has to lead the town in the crisis, face his opponent, and hovers dangerously near death when he gets the flu.
Events that happened in the first season:
When the rain takes care of the radiation it threatens to pour it down on Jericho... A gang from outside Jericho gives them trouble... To save Mayor Green's life, Jake and Eric must go to another city to get medicine while Mr. Gray performs an investigation of the Hawkin's household... Food and supplies are paradropped from China and cause some arguments... The girl (still don't know her name) if forced to cover for her father when he is accused of killing the person at the supermarket...
Maybe a little bit more information than necessary, but that about sums up the story.
"There is some good in this world, and its worth fighting for!"

Sponge Bob Square Pants: An utterly hilarious story about a yellow sponge who lives in a pineapple under the sea. He works at a fast food resturaunt known as the "Crusty Krab" making "Krabby Patties". His boss, Mr. Krabs, is utterly obsessed with money, and his co-worker, Squidward, wants nothing more than for Spongebob to move far, far away. Songebob's best friends are Patrick the Starfish and Sandy the Land Squirrel. Sandy's hobby is Karate and underwater Treedome maintenance and Patric's hobby is being an idiot. Together, they break alot of things.
The funniest show Nickelodeon has ever come up with

QFT. Love that show
(btw Ched, you really really need to see seasons 4 and 5 if you haven't already, soooo good)
Simpsons, Seinfeld, and CSI re-runs are good too. Does NFL Network or Sportscenter count? j/k
