For all those who can delete posts, it is being a hell of a difference . At least for me it is, since I used to delete about 10 posts per day there...

ARGUMENT FROM CREATION, a.k.a. ARGUMENT FROM PERSONAL INCREDULITY (I)
(1) If evolution is false, then creationism is true, and therefore God exists.
(2) Evolution can't be true, since I lack the mental capacity to understand it; moreover, to accept its truth would cause me to be uncomfortable.
(3) Therefore, God exists.

But think of all those poor innocent guest users who won't be able to post adverts to their shitty little sites?

It probably won't make much difference, since the bots are programmed to only fill out a specific set of fields anyway.Told you guys to edit the posting form and have a css hidden blank field called "topic" or whatever the topic form field is called in HTML. If someone fills it out, the post won't get accepted - it's just too simple. Normal people won't fill it out cause they won't see it if you put display: none; into the style attribute. Do I have to repeat myself?
Too cute! | Server Status: If you can read this, it's up |Well, when it comes to writing an expository essay about counter-insurgent tactics, I'm of the old school. First you tell them how you're going to kill them. Then you kill them. Then you tell them how you just killed them.

Or you should see if you can reject anything with a post icon, I think we could all live without that

Well, try and read what I said again. I said try to imitate one of fields used in posting the topic by changing its name and giving its name to the fake field. Bots fill it out, and find themselves unable to post. It is gonna need minor changes to the php code, but it works flawlessly. It probably won't make much difference, since the bots are programmed to only fill out a specific set of fields anyway.

The best bot prevention is good CAPTCHA.
