Hi, t'is me, ComradeJ (not to be mistaken with Comrade Jerkov)

Hunt7s asked me over DeeZire.net PM to make a CDA MCV and Daedalus for a ConYard. While I recently talked to Daedalus he said he'd be busy with his own CY first, and since he's kinda lazy I decided to make one myself.

Hunt, you said you'd draw some Concept Art, but see if you like this one. Haven't made damaged, artic or animations yet.

hmm not bad, but not exactly what i had in mind. Im sorry for the lack of the new concept arts but ive been laged down with Law work, doing an assignment and things. But ill try and get a conyart concept done soon. Oh and a new 2 Node Center thing lol. well its nice to see you here as it is difficult to talk over pm on Deezire. :lol:

colour scheme is like a rather dark grey. shape scheme is kinda allied, but in a slightly unique way. look at the 3D modles, either he's played the mod or guessed but the colour is almost perfect. only way to describe it is a rather dark grey.

But it is a metalic collouring, so its like a dark steel effect. This sort of clean cut and high tech look to it. Though it is sorta a little recycled or somthing like that, so textures are needed, rather than just plain colours.

Are u gonna use that old Allied WarFac as you posted on the site? Or do you have any examples of other buildings in SHP?

at the moment all that is on the CDA side is realy a temparery building as we are working hard on making concepts and getitng ideas on what they should be like for their buildings. And we are busy making shps, buildings and men for other sides. So things are as they are at themoment. Hopefuly by beta 0.5 we will have most of the buildings done. :D so thanks to elite we are getting off the ground and into the air wwith the CDA buildings. :)

Uhm... BobingAbout, the 666 Tank is a TANK! I need building colors.

The Soviets have green/brown tanks and their buildings style is red brick... Tanks are of no use.

Uhm... wait... Hunt asked me to make (or alter) an MCV too. I've noticed the if the colors of your unit go from drak to light the normals r better (don't ask me why). I'd do that on the MCV, but you don't have it on the 666 tank (and others).

the 666 is the correct colour, but the normals on it arn't so good. some have good normals some don't, depends when we made them, but the MCV is too light, and since i didn't make it the i can't be arse to recolour it darker.

OK Buldings are having to be, Sorta light ish brick, with rivited steel sheets. With sorta light high tech other parts, and other amuminium stuff. Its like a missmatch high tech apporoach to things.

Tanks / MCV, Medium Grey colouring wich is more like the yuri one, but has a sort of Civ feel about it. THings on it have to be high tech looking and well ready for quick deployment.

all i can say is make the MCV look like it matches with the 666 tank, and make a const yard that matches with the rest of these 3D buildings.

i got loads to do for the mod. else i would try and do more.
when i said i can't be arse, what i meant was i can't be arsed to do the MCV, i'd rather do some of the other things that need doing.

Oh yeah, Hunt to alter the MCV (if you wanna) I need the Voxel. Downloading the mod would take too long with my 56K...

well we only have 56ks anyway, and i hod to upload it twice, several times more as it kept stopping, really annoying getting to 95% then canceling
