You can use these to run the Generals WB script debugger, and the particle system editor. Deezire has more on using them on his site.

If they want to encourage modding, why didnt they include these in the package?

Or atleast put them up for download.

Removed, pending legal considerations.

If they came in the demo, it should be legal.

It appears to be legal, so it's up again. The only way it's coming down is if I get a cease and desist from EA.

just out of interest, do they enable the debug commands (CommandMapDebug.ini)?
