I am reluctantly opening 5 beta testing positions for anybody I deem worthy. Once, or if, I grant you the access code to the beta forums you will have permanent access to all the betas that come out between now and the next release. For the moment I just really need people to test the general balance of the sides as a whole and tell me if I'm going in the right direction.

To go in for a chance to grab the beta you need to tell me:

- Why you want to test
- Why you think you should get the position and
- Any past experience, if any

One more thing, at least 3 beta testers need to be able to play online during this and no more than 2 offline players however I will gladly accept more than 3 online but cant accept more than 2 offline.

Requirements for mod:

Yuri's Revenge version 1.001 Installed and working
RockPatch Celebration Edition #33 MINIMUM (#48 recommended)
Broadband Internet at 128kbps or higher (If online tester)

Current Online Testers:
godsun
modder666
yuribeat5
hclarkjr

Current Offline Testers:
TX1138
goldy500

Ummm, well I could beta test, although I would have to be an offline beta tester, because TFD refuses to acknowledge that I have a working Internet connection! :p

As for why I want to beta test, well I guess I'm a bit bored with voxeling at the present time, and Mental Omega loses it's excitement after a while, so C&C Apocalypse might give Yuri's Revenge a fresh new look.

Why I think I should get the position, oooh, that's a tough one :p I guess that I have been watching Apocalypse for a while now, and I am really picky about balance in mods! :p

Any past experience, well I have been modding YR for about a year and a half now, even though I have only been active in the forums for about an eighth of that time, so I know all the code and stuff for the rock patch, rules and art.

I'm sure that there are many more people out there who deserve the position more than I do, but at least I know that I have tried. :p

Realism is so overrated it isn't even funny. You already know what happens in reality, how is that entertaining...?

I would likes this said "beta testing" idea you have, Omega.

- Why you want to test
- Why you think you should get the position and
- Any past experience, if any

1.) I feel as though YR: Apocolypse was worth playing for like a month nonstop, enjoying every fight with the AI. I have found your mod to be quite fun in the past, and do not expect this to be any different.

2.) I believe I should grab a position because of one, the open slots, two, I have worked on several mods full of bugs, and have come out capable of fixing each and every single one. I think with my experience in modding I should be capable. That, and we're friends, right buddy? :p

3.) I have worked on several mods, I'm beta-testing for Star Strike, EVA-251's mod, and have a mod project on my hands, that I'm working on ever-so-slowly. I think I could accurately find any bugs, imbalances, or glitches within the mod, and report them.

Not because of possible errors just because I don't want to support an illegal copy of very cheap to buy game. Obviously if can't be bothered to even buy a game you don't respect the amount of work that went into it ultimately you don't respect the creators.
