lol, and i thought they looked bad on PS1 version! Post all the other vehicles as well!

Doe the Allies have ANY kind of air force? Better question, do the Allies have ANY kind of force full stop?

They get raped in ground war, they get raped in the air (longbows can only shoot ground targets, and even then not well). Their navy's the only good point.

I loved RA1. IT was quality. The campaigns were. For the graphics at the time they were good.

RA1 was good, and so were the campaigns. But the sides were SO unbalanced! If that was real, we'd all be speaking russian and moaning because we were driving Ladas and not Vauxhalls and Fords.

Then again you can beat a mammoth with a light tank.... and 6 longbows will wipe out a conyard :p
Also soviets had 14 million soldiers, allies 3.4 million. There assets were classified whilst the reds had 486.62 or something like that billion Swiss Francs.

Assuming the Soviet opponent hasn't screwed you like a craaazy whore with his heavy tanks and flamethrowers (and Mammoths and V2s)

Oh...k... that means what, exactly, except that Allies WERE totally 0wn3d from the outset.

Yes, you can also make highly effective allied "kill zones" involving shedload's of turrets. You should try my RA1 mod. Balanced out a lot more...

Yeah, that's how I operate. I can't be doing with shitty super-light weapons that don't do squat. That's why I HATE Allies on RA1. On RA2, sure they're lighter weapons but they still have half a chance. Allies on RA1 cannot stand up to a good Soviet attack, while the Soviets can halt any Allied offensive. You cannot micromanage 1-on-1 Mammoth Harassment missions when the enemy has about 10 other Mammoths all rolling towards YOU. No amount of turrets can stop a full on Soviet charge. Take my word for it. I've tried your micro-manage technique and hit and run. My idea of hit and run is: You hit em hard and they run for their pathetic lives.

About only time Allies would win is on Tech-Level 1, cos the Medic can keep their men alive.

Either that, or a naval war whereby the Allies get Cruisers, which can lob a shell at Soviet CY from the other end of the bloody map! :)

Chronosphere? What, that teleporter that moves 1 tank at a time? Only time that has a use is if there's a crate to be collected before Mr Soviet gets there... Same with RA1 Iron Curtain!
