RA1 easier than RA2? Yes, for the Soviets.

RA2 is a piece of piss...

RA1 is not easy. It's actually pretty tough. I have beaten the Soviet campaign, but not the Allied one. I can get to the last mission but I can never have enough military power to blow them all to hell..... I guess I'll have to try again sometime...

The last mission is easy, Run in with tanya, kill dogsm barrels men, blow up base, get rein, build up a decent force, take small base at the bottom of the map, then go in from the bottom up through the big one.

RA1 is hard, makes RA2 in terms of difficulty about as hard as killing a conscript with a sniper i.e not very hard :) RA1 Allies are weak yes but longbow rushing combined with med tanks, etc is highly effective. Also in aftermath. A med tank can beat a mammoth one to one, no "micro mangement" with a special friend. Then in CS check out the messed up chronosphere.

Soviets Rule in RA1, But still if u build up 4 medium tanks, which costs nearly equivilent to a mammoth tank, then you can easily take out a mammoth, so the balance is still there, just different to how RA2 is done.

um no deso8tor, mammoth costs 1750. Med 800. 800 x 4 = 3200 twice as much :? also they lack anti air and don't look cute :p . Then playing as russsia reduced the cost of everything by 10% :|

Um, CJ, I can take 4 Medium Tanks, destroy a Mammoth and not lose a tank. I can do the same with Light Tanks as well. It's not hard to do. Hit and run my friend.

We are now talking about FRONTAL assualt only. How does one med tank beat a mammoth head on without running away?

What I wanna know is how you can hit-and-run when as soon as the light/meds come into range they get raped? I mean, it's not like you can order evasive manoevers or anything...
