Mewlips are one of the most unique units in WotE, even though they have a bad model.
I could give you a third update, but I don't have time for that today...

Some random shots again. Credit goes to elvenfury for helping me code the Oliphaunt
If everything goes alright, I might be able to post another update on Sunday. That one should include some Mordor stuff, and hopefully, something from the Dwarves too

"Well, I can't argue with that - modding IS hard. But what would have become of games like Starcraft, Warcraft 3, Dungeon Siege, Half-Life 1-2, Neverwinter Nights and BfME 1-2 if we, modders, weren't there ? They would have long been forgotten. Modding is hard, but it's an honorable thing." - MorrisB

Good idea, but impossible to make, and I think this "wild" Olliphaunt looks ok. And just wait till you get the chance to test it, it's one of my favourite Evil Men units
i love the new unit.
khamul looks awesome his skin is just pure ownage i can't wait to play as evil men again

I guess we could use that Oliphaunt skin you showed us, Grizzlez. Some of the white drawings should be removed, though (there's way too much on that poor Oliphaunt if you ask me...).
grizzlez has the mumumakilupme.tga added thats for the decorations making it mumumakilup.tga will make it black.
For this mod i agree with Ithron i think it should stay like that.

A) the "wild" Oliphaunt could be a creep unit (maybe we could make "Mumakil Oase" as a creep base, lol ), and the "tamed" version is the trainbale unit. "Wild" Oliphaunts can be recruited only by "controlling" spells/powers.
B) make the "wild" Oliphaunt the "basic" version, which becomes "tamed" as it levels up (like, when it reaches level 2 or 3, it could gain a carpet on the back and some tatoos, like on the Mumakil ).
C) make the "wild" Oliphaunt the "basic" version, which can be "tamed" trough a special upgrade ("Tamer's Work" or such, avaible at Mumakil Pen), which raises their health, armor and line of sight a bit (+10% / +20% / +15% maybe ?).
Of course, it's all up to you Ithron, if you stick with "wild" appearence all the time, it's fine, I just said it could be might better this way.
