It has been suggested to me that instead of just adding one faction (Arnor), I should replace all the existing factions and with elements from Arnor and Angmar. Before you vote, please look at the pros and cons:

Adding just Arnor:

EA has already added a (semi)complete Arnor faction
It would be a good place to start
I would be able to implement what has already been done for the mod
I would be able to improve the other factions

I would either have to replace a faction or make do with an incomplete Arnor
I wouldn't be able to add every small aspect of Arnor

Replacing All Factions with Arnorian Stuff

There would be lots of new content for the mod
I would be able to go in great depth with each faction
I wouldn't have to worry about the UI

I would lose most all the factions and everything I have done for them
The color theme would no longer fit and would have to be changed
The name would no longer fit and would have to be changed
I would have to go through switching the domain name and stuff
I don't have enough team members to work on such a big mod

Despite the fact that one option has more cons than the other I am still undecided although I am leaning towards keeping it to just one faction... If the poll results show that replacing all the factions is the more popular choice, then I will try to find more team members and once I have enough I will make it official...

EDIT: If you have time, please tell us about your opinion as well as voting, and if you can't vote for some reason, post here and I will add you to the count.

I'd say add Arnor and improve current factions. One man alone could not be able to make that many new factions (even though I'm doing my mod pretty much by myself  ).

Plus, how would the mini-factions of Arnor differ from each other? You'd either have to follow the lore and give them identical units, or forsake the lore to make them unique.

Playing games? Ah, you'll never be a good modder if you get involved in actually playing them!

For some reason I cannot vote

anyway, I'd go for add arnor and improve the other factions, as zimoo said, there isn't really a good reason to split up arnor

Actually I think there is only 3 factions to edit with different gameplay styles.

Arthedain-has hobbits, and Dwaves of the blue mountains, with Icemen from Forodchel, loyal hillmen of rhudaur. Rhudaur Champion (since it was apart of arnor at a time)

Cardolan-Has Dwaves of Moria, and Eryn Vorn hunters, (basically Druadan related people)

Elves-Elves who live to the west of the misty mountains (same eves, with new units)

Gondor? I do not know if they should be in it. They only came to Arnor to get rid of the witch-king.

Angmar-Orcs of gundabad added

Rhudaur-mostly hillmen units. Variety. Maybe Trolls( because of the troll shaws )

Goblins-Think of something, or get rid of them.

Cardolan could have weak units in the beginnig, they could get Sarn ford dunedain rangers, and eryn vorn warriers midgame. as for late is the dwaves of moria.

Arthedain could have strong walls, hobbits for early game. dwaves and strong arnor soliders for midgame. Dunedain Rangers, and Lossoth for late game. As for Calvary Arthedain knights (early) Battle wagon (Mid) and Arthedain royal knights late since they could be the hero horde.

Thats just 3 factions added basically Arthedain, Cardolan, and Rhudaur(as a fiefdom of Angmar)

i would vote for you to replace one faction with arnor.
i suggest that you start as that; after then you may be able to add other factions. may i suggest you seperate arnor into two and angmar into two then keep it with 4 factions, possibly add a campaign and you've got a mod baby! ;)

I like that Idea. Spliting Arnor, and Angmar into two. So I will edit my list now.
