4. Make the C27 payload 8 people, not 6.


That might be a bad idea. In this battle the assault generals weakness irked me a great deal, so I built 10 heavy air fields loaded them with C27 and well the aftermath was rather like dropping a nuke on him, and that was only 1star level planes ^^

How about flying stormtrooper? Just like commando cyborg (able to fly or walk) ? Maybe jetpacks, but when in air, firing rockets...
Basically he is machine gun on ground (good against infantry and plaines) , and in air rocket gun (good against tanks and buildings...) ?

I think he would be nice in midgame, cyborg general has weak units in midgame, maybe this could fix or bring ballance to that!? (this reminds on mecha tengu units that would be perfect for cyborg general...)

Well, in that case, you could make a build limit of 4 perhaps. That can be done easily also.
I still think 8 is a good number.

I was playing with demo general last couple of days,and he is cool.Maybe my favorite general.
I have suggestions if its not too late for that.Some boost upgrade like nitro or i dont know,would be good for cocrouch,bomb and nuclear tank.That boost would give five seconds or something to boost speed to pass by defences,or to escape from enemy fire,and than it must reload...
And nuclear defense site,when detonated it left gla hole that rebuild itself in 1min and become again nuclear,like real site and not demo barrel...

I found the that planes arn't very powerful in this mod, you should make them more powerful like their real life counter parts. Could you add more planes such as the A-10 Thunderbolt for close support for all USA generals. I good example would be like the Tech Mod but the Thunderbolt should have 8 missles instead of 2

I got a couple of ideas, but I think that most of them were said there earlier.

1) Abrams for USA, probably SW or Cybernetic general.

2) Apache for AF general as a heavy gunship, good against tanks and infantry.

3) Replacing these strange small trucks which carry Shield Generator and MTHEL with a HEMTT truck. Mayb also a SLID should be on HEMTT. Or for AF general a HEMTT with communication array which works as a modile radar and designator for air units (increase range of aircrafts) and large view radius.

4) E3 plane for AF as a flying radar or something.

1)Why add the abrams, the tanks ingame already do a decent job. Adding something just for the sake of adding it seems a bit pointless and a lot of work.

2)The Commanche already fills this role perfectly, although i think AF gens could do with a buff. Again it seems to be adding it just for the sake of it.

3)I actually really like the idea of a mobile radar/designator, although you'd have to be careful not to give it too much of a range buff or it would make Commanches way too powerful.

4)The RQ-9 already acts as a flying radar so again seems like adding stuff for no real reason.

Maybe. I modelled HEMTT long ago. It lies on my HDD in unskinned state for a lot of time. Probably I will finish it sooner or later and insert into the mod.

Add a normal looking spectar gunship. Then no one can comment how different your Spectar behaves in comparison to the Zero Hour Spectar (The Spectar in Contra is crap).
Maybe the current spectar model can still be used for the laser general?

Add a normal looking spectar gunship. Then no one can comment how different your Spectar behaves in comparison to the Zero Hour Spectar (The Spectar in Contra is crap).

Well, a Spectre you know is AC-130, and in Contra is AC-150. But I agree that it would look like the same, just that it will have 2 cannons, each on one wing like this one :p

I forgot about the Airforce generals spectre! still it's obvious that Creator likes the EA Spectre, I hope that whoever came up with the model, skin and concept for the EA Spectre got fired!

Could It be possible to give the fuel tubes auto activation on proxy? Its quite pain to click all of those tubes in middle off the attacking enemy army. Also I think three minutes would work better on cooldown.

Hi creator.
First, I'd like to thank you for making Contra 007,.
It's a great MOD.
Here, I have some suggestions for you.
Most of them is to make all the General and the Factions have a unified "Style".

1) It's a good idea to make Tank Gen's Troop Crawler modifications directly from the War Factories. But I think maybe you should give him the ECM Tank (like the one of Flame Gen) instead of ECM Troop Crawler. He's a TANK General after all, right? Maybe you could change all his vehicles into Tanks in the future version.

2) It's about the Tank Gen, too. I feel good to see that you are trying to give us a feeling that some of his tanks have "Heavy Version". I mean, when you change the build list, I can see ZTZ-104 is replaced by Emperor. The gattling tank and the ECM TC is replaced by the Overlord-Based tanks, too.
So, don't you think it may be a good idea to give him a heavy flame tank, too? Maybe you could use the old Immolator Tank's model, and just make it weaker than the one of Flame Gen's. (I love that model...) Well, it's not just make him more like a TANK Gen. We DO need a way to clear enemy infantries after all...

3) Since the other GLA's General all have their Final Tank, I think maybe you should give Demolition Gen a Final Tank, too. Well, that means you may need to make his Nuclear Demo Truck weaker. Maybe you could just use a upgrade to make his Demo Truck changed into a Nuclear Demo Truck.

4) Please place the LOGO of GLA's Gens on the Factory (the one build Command Truck), instead of on the Command Trucks. You know, when you are fighting a GLA Gen, it's very important to know WHICH Gen you are facing. Also, the new logos a great, but why can't it changed by the color of your faction...? What's more, the Assult Gen's LOGO is a little... how to say that... TOO different from the logo of other generals...

5) Do you have a plan to make more Generals for each factions? Well, what I mean is, I feel a little weird that the Flame Gen has ECM weapons... Maybe you can make a Chinese Tesla Gen or something like that...
OK, I DO know that it's hard to make a new General after all... It's just a suggestion.

2. Good Idea - good stuff to counter Inf Gen upgraded Tank Hunters in bildings, because ECM not help from them
3. i think demo not need new super unit
4. Possible - when you use intelligence on start you not know whot GLA general is it
5. new generals not posible - because ZH AI capacity just 13 sides only

1. I think Troop Crawler with ungrade is ok with Tank general. In tank battle, everything doesn't have to be about tank. Armored vehicles are used to support the Main Battle Tank. And I think it's cooler to have different version of Crawler instead of old boring ECM from ZH.

2. Tank gen's Dragon Tank is the fastest tank in his arsenal. It's much more useful than original ZH version anyway. And BTW, the Emperor tank with Flamethrower upgrade is being much more than the Heavy Flame Tank already (it can fight both tanks and infantries).

3. Nuke Truck + tunnel is total carnage. It's good enough already. I recommend you try playing against Demo gen (by player not AI). And you'll see.

4. It's a nice idea. I think it would be good if there is a faction banner above the exit gate of GLA Factory. Well, it's up to creator anyway.

1. make the shitain less overpowered its not fun to level a base by a single tank
2. a 50. cal squad for inf gen that moves slow but can deploy and has a strong firepower dont make it fire on a single spot but in a radius about the size of a binker
3. make the atgm a 2 man squad no change in gameplay just a litle realistic visual upgrade
4. a tier between 3-5 a research facility that reqires rank 4 to make an unlocks the above heavy stuff (like gunship i dont remember the name of, overlord, atgm operator, luna, defiller)

version 7 is quite impressive.
My suggestions:

1. please give stealth general a bit of a boost. I love him (especially his super tank), but I can't bare to play as him for the first 4 ranks (a sentry drone in no way should be able to kill a quad cannons, but somehow manages to beat it about 2:1). He is described as being best as a hit and run general, but that only works on the defensive as he's not fast enough to attack with hit & run, but this also requires tunnel networks and your opponent not having stealth detecting.

2. a boost for the ATGM operator. Since it takes 2 slots in transports it in no way can compete with basic tank hunters in vehicle/building killing ability due to extremely slow rate of fire and slow moving missle.

3. AFG needs a first rank interceptor, unless of course the plan was to make avengers useful.

4. lower reload time on spill fuel for fuel canisters as 4 minutes is a little long.

5. it would be nice if SWGs tomahawk storm could kill at least a powerplant.

6. Strategic bombing could use a boost (perhaps have the cluster bomb upgrade affect it). For it being a super weapon with about a 7 min reload and the ability to be shot down it seems kind of ineffective.

7. SWG's triple carpet bomb also could use a bit of a boost, as one would expect that it would kill a war factory, especially with its reload time and ability to be shot down.

8. Laser general could use a general power boost to his tanks as they're a little underpowered (paladin is beautiful though).

I've played AF gen again and realized that he's much weaker since aircrafts seem weaker to AA.
Here are what I've noticed.
- Stealthed F18 replacing JSF from previous version.
- JSF in 007 firepower is a bit too less or at least it should kill infantry much more effectively (isn't cluster bomb infantry killer?).
- Chimera is ok.
- AC-150 Gunship is good for defense the base against infiltrator (but not very good on offense).
- I'm still uncertain about the Wyvern capability.
- Target designator is ineffective if you attack from the east side (right side of the map).

I have suggestions about these.
- Increase JSF bomb effectiveness against infantry
- Make Target designator A10 flies in from the direction of the building that calls it in not from the west (if it's possible).
- Enlarge the special lev pad a bit (to make it look more realistic).

And I want to ask one tactical question from creator.
How should I defend against Laser gen taskforce while playing AF gen?
My MCVs and Hummers got mowed down by Laser crusaders and Libras.
My infantries got cooked by microwave tanks.
My comanches and aircrafts fell from unending barrage of laser avengers.
Any suggestion?

I think afg is great in project raptor mod and creator should take some things from them.Example,appache helicopter great against air and ground units.King raptor also great against ground and air units,and i think f27 is cool bombing unit,aurora alpha too with upgrading missiles.They should be in this mod like basic units and then this special units like chimera.Also they have super carpet bombing from gps building that would be nice here as super weapon.This is just suggestion because it seems that afg here can never be like it should be.It is not shame to borrow some things...but like other suggestions theese wont be concidered.
