Maybe the structure should be more resistance to certain type of weapon instead of increase 20% health (more resistance to flame or rocket etc).

Possible things:Could this be a solution for new security system Creator? I "got" it from tiberium wars. It could be slightly changed and balanced. Another way is that it could cost less, but consume 1 power point.
- 1 power point requirement is possible
- Armor boost is possible
- Graphics is possible
Impossible things:
- Building capture time will stay the same. There is no way to reduce it
- Armor bonus will stay even if there is not enough power
Disadvantages:
- Buildings will stay vulnerable anyway. Enemy will still be able to destroy them and capture them, no matter the armor bonus. They will just need more time to destroy them. Will it be useful in game?

Gives:

-kills infantry
Killing infantry: it would damage infantry in very very small area (i mean like techincians machine gun but you could make invisible bullets and different audio). We would get impression like they are damaged because of force field. It would be weak machine gun that could kill 1 or 2 infantry that capturing building, but if there are 3 or more, the rest survived infantry would capture it anyway.
What we get?
-we get force field that increases armor (most important thing), and damages infantry in very close range (which try to capture it). It will stop early capturing rush and enemy will need to send 3 or more infantry on that building, one or two will not be enough because they will die from "force fields bullets" (or you could just give regular microwave ability like in vanilla ZH).
Is that good?

What about creating a stationary drone-like invisible object on top of the building (that requires power to operate). Instead of boosting armor, it provides partial shield that can destroy some (30-40%) of the incoming projectile. And for defense, it might be able to emit radiation burst (like Leech or SWG upgraded missiles). This radiation burst might be able to damage light vehicle and infantry (but has long reload time and short range).

Yes, it could be further balanced too, this only depends on is Creator interested on it or not. I like it, it is sofisticated and fits for USA.

I thought about it already. But buildings are square and damage radius is always round. Defense field will kill infantry at distance if they come from sides and will not damage them at all if they come from corners.Killing infantry: it would damage infantry in very very small area

Attack area is still round.Hmm...then how about imaginary machine gun?Defense field stays,as addition small tower comes from building (something similar as security system now,but it will look as something other,maybe small beacon or something).It would shoot invisible bullets without audio on near infantry (again in small radius).Everyone would think,and it will look like infantry are damaged because of force fields power,but force field is graphic only while beacon that actually shoots is graphic support for field.Its the same thing as mine previous post.I can make jpeg again to show you better what i mean?
Yes, codable, but it will spam objects and slow down the game. Each building will need about 50 or more objects and information about them must be transferred by net during multiplayer games.What about using multiple invisible objects at building corner or at wall columns? This would act as radiation burst generating point. Is it codable?

Yes, there is such possibility. I even know how to implement it. But I think that people will attack with these fences. Just imagine, that you build a barracks. Enemy Dozer comes and builds laser fence in front of it. You build War Factory and it builds laser fence in front of exit.Isnt there a possibility to make some kind of laser fence (Yes I feel like using l33t but I wont.)? Like, a fence around the building (Lines, they trigger death if someone gets on them(

Nah, armor bonus for people close isnt fair I think. Armor bonus for building is, as mines of china are VS tanks and inf (armor compensating for anti tank) and GLA has poison (anti inf), mines (anti tank and inf), Stealth (Handy, just in case) or/and building armor upgrade (extra armor)what about it make it a enable/disable field,enabling it increases armor by 30% and gives armor bonuses to nearby allied units(a small field),and kill nearby inf.,but will require 2 power per field

For flame general:
Add fuel shell upgrade.
It allows all units that can use different ammo types (possibly even migs) to fire fuel shells that leave fuel on the place where they land. Migs should deploy smaller ones than, for example, the king of fire or the iron hand (I dont know new names yet) Because they are less expensive and more manouvrable. Same for howitzer.
