CnC 3 Random Game Crash!

i'm a big fan of cnc, but EA seems to have forgotten the problems that EA keeps on ignoring the problems on random game crashes. While playing it suddenly pause and exits with an annoying message GAME CRASH, that some regards to directX. I've got the latest video card together with directx duo processor and 2GB memory, and i guess my system is not a problem. EA please, HELP!!!!! EA debuggers seems his game is too huge or you to fix. WELL, lets make a refund then... SHIT.
