SCIENTISTS have created rabbits that glow in the dark.

Geneticists in France produced the bunnies by inserting a gene from a fluorescent jellyfish into a rabbit’s egg.

They are now selling the white bunnies to research laboratories.

Soon doctors will be able to use their genes to track the movement of cells throughout the body and monitor the success or failure of a transplant.

Glow in the dark bunnies
Disgusting, Whatever next.. can,t they use this same thing, someway, to inject pedo's so that they glow in the dark.

Yeah, they've been doing this for years with other organisms. Before, I think it was only plants, so this is probably the first glow in the dark animal, but from what I heard of the proteins in the class I was in at the time, it wasn't too prohibitive to use the same protein in each case.
