but that is a bit over exagerated....but people bitched about the nursary rhyme "baa baa black sheep", because it was "racist". hmmm.... really? talking about the colour of sheeps wool is racist? then erm.... well black bin bags should be changed to green.... incase people get offeneded... or a black crayon should be called "the colour which absorbs all the light" in case its "racist". i mean this PC has gone far enough, and blair is a sheep and will follow what the voters tell him to do.

Unfortantly kids will be kids, they do what adults and other people (including children) do but not what they say, so what is the answer?
Handcuff your child to you at all times?! (meh proberly too extreme but at least if they wanted to do it you could make sure they were doing it right rofl )
Teach them at a young age? Well it might work but those word's like s e x (sorry) and everything else are the only things the kids will remember... when your young the only things your going to remember are the things that make you laugh and get you the most attention or the things that upset you the most and that you wanna fight back at.
They won't take in anything serious unless your a dedicated parent with ounces of patience and tons of free time. Unfortantley kids are more expensive these days what with all prices of new playstation 3's reaching £425 and fewer people not earning very much more than they did 5 years ago...
The sad truth is most kids these days are being brought up by kids (teenagers who have little of life's experiences or are ready, I won't bad mouth them all because some are great mums and dads but unfortantly it is a majority), also there are more magazines as you pointed out that are aimed at young men and women that don't in a sense promote s e x (sorry again) but kind of make you feel that this is really is what you can expect when you get with someone (and it's a very false image). Not all women have great b**** not all men have fit bodys but never the less it drives us to become that so that we can get what we desire and unless you cut of ya boys whatsists or ya girls got no hope in hell of making eggs then we'll continue to see little babies bouncing out of hospitals from kids who are teenagers. After all that is nature...

Have a buff guy at every club, who punches teenage girls in the stomage as they enter and leave. That will solve teenage pregnancy.

II. Students, esp. those who are disenfranchised within life, should be encouraged to seek employment or gain/work on a hobby. Students who are building up a career or study of interest are less likely to become teenage parents. Personal projects commonly divert people from sex…us modders personally know this.
III. Mandatory parenting classes. Students need to be made conscious about the personal and financial sacrifices that come with parenting. I believe this would dissuade students from intentionally or unintentionally getting pregnant. Lastly, students should be forced to take care of a robotic doll that stimulates the demands of a normal human baby for a week to pass the course.

Really? I find my modding suffers because of my sex life, not vice versa... I feel spescialPersonal projects commonly divert people from sex…us modders personally know this.
Alternative to culling: sterilising anyone who fails either an IQ or personality test. Either I dictate, or I guess you could research to determine a fair assessment of what would class as "fails," but wouldn't the world be a better place if idiots and arseholes couldn't reproduce? And as I'd class anyone who'd have a kid at an idiotically young age to be either a slut or stupid, they'd fail at least one of the tests, thus solving teenage pregnancy.

OLD SIG
When history witnesses a great change Razgriz reveals itself,
first as a dark demon. As a demon it uses it power to rain death upon the land,
and then it dies. However after a period of slumber Razgriz returns
As the demon sleeps, man turns on man.
Its own blood, and madness soon cover the earth.
From the depths of despair awaken the Razgriz.
Its raven wings ablaze in majestic light.
Amidst the eternal waves of time
From a ripple of change shall the storm rise
Out of the abyss peer the eyes of a demon
Behold the Razgriz, its wings of black sheath
The demon soars through the dark skies
Fear and Death trail its shadow beneath
Until Men united wield a hallowed sabre
In Final Reckoning, the beast is slain.

Sorry for bumping.
I. Abstinence is the most effective form of birth control but humans are biologically hardwired to have an interest in sex. While it may be effective but it is unrealistic to ignore the human need for sexual activity. Comprehensive information regarding contraception should be available to students alongside abstinence and education regarding masturbation. The above should be provided compulsory to students within the public school system. The government has a vested interest in providing this critical pieces of information whether parents approve of it or not.
II. Students, esp. those who are disenfranchised within life, should be encouraged to seek employment or gain/work on a hobby. Students who are building up a career or study of interest are less likely to become teenage parents. Personal projects commonly divert people from sex…us modders personally know this.

I. We tried this, but it got voted down. Whether that's good or bad, I'm really not sure.
II. It really depends on what the interests are. If it's something like fencing or modding it might have that affect, but if it's something like football or cheerleading it might produce the opposite results.
III. No, this won't work. Why? Because all someone really has to do to become a teacher is go to some classes and pass some tests (at least in most of the US). As such, we could get some extremely crappy parents and/or many non-parents as the teachers of these classes. Often, somebody with a psychology degree and no experience would get into these positions; knowledge of the psychological sort is valuble, but nothing is worth a few years as an actual parent. A major issue in this department is the fact that psychologists think that no matter what, their solution works. They think everything will go smooth and easy if you just follow these three easy steps. Anyone who's even babysat a normal kid for an hour knows this is not the case.
