Yes, but the longer the series goes on the more repetitive and boring it will get, and probably become mindless dribble. If it ends now it can have a great ending and possibly be spared from the bad endings that most things have.

I dunno if anybody has said this already but even on the GDI missions when kane seems to killed in his temple (never even got a video of him dieing) he still lives beacsue in the nod missions the same thing happends but it seems he ecacped out a tunnle of some sort and manged to catch a flight over to australia to chill out for a bit.

The game will only getr worse from this point, do you know why? i'll tell you. It's beacuse Joe Kucan (kane) is writing the story

Also Kane isnt aging beacuse joe has layers of make up on thats all. He will get old as soon as joe starts getting old. I think age has nothing to do with game but more the actor.

True, but right now they are really building up, and the Scrin AND the Tiberium need to be taken care of before they can end the series... I just hope that when they do finish it they don't just forget it they give it a deserving ending...

EDIT: Oh and even after they finish the story they can always do (in-between stories) like Renegade was...

C&C needs a magnificent end because we all need to know whether Earth is comsumed by Tiberium and dominated by Scrin or GDI could get rid of it or mankind finally ascends to a greater being.

starcraft did it end? no it didnt Starcraft 2 is in the makes. i can post a link but i dont know if 1. linking to other sites is allowed 2. linking to sites wich contain illegal activity ( torrents from games/movies/apps lots of movies). but i dont think that is allowed.(AFAIK ofcourse:P)

CNC will never end. EA will milk it as long as people will buy it. They may end the current story line, but they will keep making stuff like Generals or they will go to stuff like the Scrin attacking other planets.

Starcraft does have an ending.

Tassadar was one of the best characters in the game imo. The game has a huge heroic ending when he sacficed himself for the Terran and Protoss. The game could have easily ended the game there by saying Kerrigan was on Auir. Arcturus Mengsk does close to nothing post Terran campaign. Everything could have been peachy. Brood-War was never suppost to end. You have to remember that StarCraft: Ghost was announced to come out in 2002, only 5 years after StarCraft.

For those of you who care, Blizzard is announcing another game May 19 or 20th at their yearly thing. And they have said they are working on projects that are not announced yet (most likely StarCraft 2, Diablo 3)
