Who ever thought you can use electrcity on a battlefield? Well this general offers a ton more voltage needed normally. She uses overpowered tanks causing them to electrocute nearby enemy units. Beware as General Leang can be a threat to masses as a black lightning storm will render your base hopeless.

Speed of neutron cannons in Neutron Tank :) ?

Also i think that bigger range will be better instead of better firepower in Chrono Centurion.

update: Advance Patriot missiles...

Since the default warhead for the patriot missile weapon has verses of 100% for everything except for wood, steel, and concrete, better to let the anti ground weapon be an alternative for balance (Try using the AP warhead for the ZH status.).

It's a little strange to use electricity against aircrafts, but what the hell. :) Just to let you know that if a tesla weapon (IsElectricBolt=true) has a ROF of 20 or lower it would look almost continuous. You should have an upgrade for the sentry gun and the flak cannon...

This could sound unbalanced, but instead of replacing the grizzly tank replace the mirage tank with a cloaking unit that has weak armor and all other stats of the neutron tank. And where is the chrono tank (Teleporting tank that shoots missile, found in many mods)? :)

I'd kill the nuke reactor for them and give them an improved tesla one. Wouldn't be as good as the nuke one, but would allow more power at the start and less later on as the requirements skyrocket from the zappy defences.

advanced patriot maybe replaces prism or something but its looks well soviet, except for blue base recolor, ideally the barrels should be more allied looking.
