Ok,
I was thinking about some title screen music for the mod... and I thought about that song from TTT trailer... which was also featured in the RotK game as sort of a teaser/demo/movie thing... I really liked it... and then I found out that this fansite that I often frequent to get my pics... Arwen Undomiel has some freebie music... and I found this one... AND one from FotR trailer which is also really cool... The one from TTT trailer (requiem) takes to long to get started imo... but the one from FotR trailer (Gothic Power) plunges right into it, and builds into a crescendo until the end... and it is shorter too... (1:30 vs. 6:30)
I think I will use the Gothic Power for the title screen and the Requiem for something you'd spend more time on... like Skirmish or Multiplayer set up...
Still, that first part of Reqiuem I'm not sure I like with sort of the ancient singing/chanting in the background and I don't remember that from the trailer... (course this was the first time I heard Gothic Power too) I may chop off the first part... but let me know what you think... (see attached files)
BTW, I didn't listen to all of Requiem so I don't quite know how much of it is repetitive/too soft/or redundant...
(sorry I can't attach Reqiuem cause it is a wma or whatever, just download it from the link...)
Whoah just listening to Requiem... it takes it almost 3 minutes to get to the good part and away from that weird chant type thing...

*ahem... see attached file... also Requiem is available on the site... I would also like to have some sort of uniqueness to the title screen music, and music that is exclusively used for the trailer would work for that

Arwen Undomiel is such a nice site. There are lots of high res pics on it. For the music, I like gothic power. I've never heard that LOTR track before.
