Although, I admit that I want to redo both of them, to make them more similiar to the books description... (which is along the lines of "fully armored")
Won't do that though.... yet ^_^

I must say, I really like that answer. :sad:

I'd go with 2d3, 3d6, 1/2d7, 1d10, 14d12, 8d20, 13 quarters, and a groundhog.

I'm not sure if you'll need all that, but if you figured out a system from it, it would be the greatest in the world.

I've been to the Gondor faction page, but I don't like that Morgon guy. :sad:

Yes, he's not an elf, doesn't have the abilities I had in mind, and he looks like just a regular captain to me. I thought an elf hero would make the mod sweet(I should put sweeter) because he could come from Ithilien and be a captain or lieutanant. You already said no so let's get on to better stuff. :p

LOOK CLOSER BEFORE COMPLAINING

Beriadan Arnatuilë

Beriadan, the elven lord of Ithilien. He was the one to take over after Legolas sailed from Middle-Earth, as a leader for the Ithilien Elves.

Special Power:

* Level 1: Toggle Bow\Blade
* Level 5: Leadership (+40% attack to nearby Marksmen)

No fuel left for the pilgrims

Besides, I don't know how the hell you thought him for you, as you haven't been suggesting any powers for anyone... You are indeed allowed to post suggestions and ideas for already-planned heroes and units ;)

And of course Morgon looks like a captain... that's what he bloody is, a captain of the Citadel Guards ;) :p

Also, there is no reason to be rude... I don't really feel like making this mod if all I get is rudeness ;) If you don't like something, please say why, and what you think that could be done with it (whatever it may be) ;)

I'm not complaining, I would've put an angry smiley if I was. What I meant about Morgon is I don't like the way he looks. I just don't like him for some reason. Sorry, the giant boldness on elf is suppose to point out an elf hero, not man, I wasn't trying to be rude and I read it over three times to make sure I wasn't. It doesn't sound rude to me. Thanks Matias, I looked everywhere for an elf hero but couldn't find it.

Has anything happened to the Goblins. Will they be creeps?

Old creeps will still be creeps, and I might implent new creeps :D

And I wonder, do you like the rest of the Citadel Guards? 'Cause Morgon is just one without helmet :thumbsupsmiley: And you really don't have to have an angry smilie if your complaining, when your complaining your just saying it's silly and you don't like it. So yes, you were complaining ;)
And it was rude, as I read it, because you acted like he shouldn't exist because he is not an elf, and he doesnt' have any powers that you had in mind... So, it felt like you was in charge, and your not.
Still, I will not remove him, or any of the other heroes ;)
Tirgil, Morgon and Beriadan all have bows, they all have swords, and Tirgil and Beriadan are stealthed in the forests... Morgon gives other nearby heroes an armor bonus. Eldaravir and Eranoth can't use bows... ;)

And no, I'm not trying to get you out of here, I just wanted to say why I felt it was rude and all when your saying it wasn't. Afterall, we all have different views on rudeness, and the complainer are often rude but doesn't feel it that way ;)

oh, and to just end this...
What ideas for powers do you have in mind?

You might implent new creeps? Sweet! :thumbsupsmiley: Yes, I do like the rest of the Citadel Guards. I know I don't have to have an angry smiley when complaining but it is just my style. Oh, I was. I thought I was just stating reasons why I don't like Morgon. I don't want Morgon or any other heroes removed, I just said I don't like him. Yes, I know I'm not in charge, and I didn't say he shouldn't exist because he's not an elf and didn't have the powers in mind. All the mods I like have something I don't like, and this is the first one I'm letting out my opinion on. I'll try not to sound rude on the other forums and this one. I didn't mean to be rude, Im' sorry!!! ;) Do you mean ideas for Morgon or Beriadan? :D

Who are all the heroes for Rohan? I'm really looking forward to that faction. They seem cool in this mod. My favorite hero is Lord Feothan of the Eastfold.

You do realize there's an edit button, aye? :thumbsupsmiley:
No need to double-post unless there's 24 hours between the posts ;) :D

Oh, and there's nothing wrong with not liking something, it's just the way you said it I found rude ;)
And yes, since you said this;

doesn't have the abilities I had in mind

I guess you have some in mind?

Who are all the heroes for Rohan? Well... their who they are, as it says on the site ;) A king, two great Lords, and archer hero and a dwarf.. There is some info missing on the site that I'll fix sometime ;)

Sorry it's taking so long for me to answer, I've been listening to music and I still am. No, I didn't know there is an edit button and I don't know how to edit. Yeah I do have something in mind. I think he has powers too similar to Boromir, my favorite hero of all time, but I don't even like his powers I'll tell now.
Obviously a toggle which he has, so he has some powers I have in mind. Piercing shot, Blademaster,Leadership which he has but I thought something like 15% attack 15% armour,and Summon Citadel Guards. I don't really like these powers much either but it was what I had in mind. :thumbsupsmiley: While we're still talking about Morgon, I've been wondering if he is a descendant of Beregond or rised through the ranks.

Just risen through the ranks ;)

Although, he is not similiar to Boromir. First of all, he is a support hero, so he supports heroes with vital armor boost, so you can use it to support the archer heroes, or melee heroes (depening if he's shooting from afar, or fighting with his sword with the melees).
His leadership and Train Units ability only affects guard units (Citadel and Fountain Guards), so he can't train normal units, nor boost them..
So, to sum him up, he is not of the best Gondor has, but he is a very important hero to use if your having other heroes or guards in the play ;)
And he has the ability to use bow so he can stay out of reach, but his swordarm is stronger, and can be used side by side with the King of Gondor, which is where I prefer to have him :thumbsupsmiley:

There is also no point in having him summon other Citadel Guards, because he is just their captain, he gives them orders, but they all defend their king with their lives... That is why the King can summon them, and not Morgon ;)
Piercing Shot, is, well... All arrows he shoot does piercing damage :D But still, if I were to give him Piercing Shot and Blademaster, that would make him quite good in both the blade and the bow, which is not something I want :sad2:
His leadership will still give armor only, as he is a guard ;)

Will their be units of Arnor or will it just be of Minas Tirith units?

Is it because they are closer? Is there a faction tech tree page? If there is, I'm clearly missing it.

There is a techtree... If you go to the site, and go to a faction page, and go to the bottom, you'll see the Spellbook for the faction...
And the techtree is just a list of what units the faction can have (not counting summoned ones :crazed:)...

Also, it's a fairly good thing for Arnor to come to Rohan's aid rather than Gondor, for many reasons;
- Closer, so they come faster to the 'rescue'
- Arnor is more threatened if Rohan falls, than if Gondor does (again, their closer)
- Why let a mighty ally fall just to take a detour to save Gondor? If Rohan falls, it'll just create more fronts to fight on :thumbsupsmiley:
