I remember reading somewhere that they wre going to remake the whole Evangelion serise(TV). i forget wher ei read it, but it was supposed to be becuase the original was too dark and cryptic and left ALOT of plot holes in the end of it all(lawl, Gundam SEED Destiny learned from the best(worst?))

Was wondering if anyone else had any info on this, or the live action movie i hear about

it's not going to be a TV series but a set of 4 movies.

and this will probably be even darker as it will just be four movies, they won't have to be restricted by the broadcaster, so expect it to be as bloody and dark as the movie.

and what plot holes? I saw none.

Just because its hard to understand, dosnt mean it has plot holes. I watch The End of Evangelion once every month or so, just to keep my anime violence levels up.

well confusion never = plot holes.

and I thought the ending was quite clear, with both the tv series and the movie.

in the tv series is was shinji during the instrumentality project and him eventually rejecting it and learning to love himself.

while the same in the movie, it just showed what the eva was doing during all of that, and him and asuka were left.

Anyone else seen the new trailers? Looks sweet, I love how everything looks identical to the origional. Looks like we'll be getting classic Evangelion with Ghost in the Shell quallity animation. Yippy!

The trailer is fake, but the movie is happening. From what I've heard from ADV you'll see that EVA Live action movie in around 2 years time.

o dat anime series, i didnt kno wat anime u guys talking bout b4 waching dat trailer. man i still remeber playing the game of dat anime with my cousin in 1998 (or 1997 i 4got, i only remeber playing with him)
