i've heard that she will spend her jail time in Arizona's tent city. (for those of you who don't know, that place is a shit hold because it is in the middle of the fucking desert without air conditioning. And it is very over-crowded.) can't seem to find a good link right now, if i can i'll link one.

i wouldnt bet on it, geeks are known to have great fascination with martial arts. a large amount of the geeks from my place are the kind you want to bring with you when you want to get some payback done(mostly because they either know martial arts, are very sturdy in their physics, or in one case is a nut case with a insane pain-threshold. hehe, one time some driver got pissed at one of these guys while they were out driving, and he came out of his car to yell at him i guess, but the moment he saw him [freshly shaved his head, sunglasses, pretty big and scary] he practically jumped back into his car )

naturally those women are in there for crimes, but i dunno if i would define it as a high-security female prison. statistically i would claim that men get caught for the more violent crimes while women would probably go down for the less physical crimes.

Good to see she got out, the rich should never have to go prison people should be able to buy themselves out of everything thats why private courts are the way.

I think there are alot of things people aren't taking into account. This isn't some snob who's gonna do some time. This is a girl who fears for her life.

Place Paris Hilton in the hardest LA jail and some things will happen people don't up front think of.

There will be blackmail. These are hard core gang girls, all they have to say to Paris is transfer some money to my friend or get hurt. This includes includes rape with broomsticks and major beatings.

Someone might want to get famous and simply stab her, or kill her. These aren't just run of the mill kinda bad girls. These are girls who will kick the asses out of ALL the men at Revora, IMO.

So even though I'd love to see a bitch pay her dues. I'm kinda wondering if she won't be stabbed or killed in order for someone to "become famous"

If I was her I'd opt for solitary confinement for the whole sentence. IT might suck, but it's better than getting stuck.

Bullshit. She should have to do the same as anyone else. Oh, so there's some hairy bearded women in there after her ass? Sucks to be her. Hell, I wouldn't be surprised if they just dragged a film crew in, like Duke said.

She gets beat up in there? Lesson learned, non?

You could say the thing about the broomsticks and blackmail about more or less anyone.

Just cuz she's famous doesn't mean her shit doesn't stink and that she should be immune to prosecution or punishment.

And lo, at the risk of sounding 'Red', her release heralds yet another example of capitalist 'shitting on the little guy' - rich people can buy or even whine (like a little baby) their way out of fucking prison.

Giving her a softly-softly sentence is bad enough, but releasing her after only three days? That is an absolute atrocity.

No wonder the world laughs at America. This is what is wrong with America. We have no priorities, we have no balls. We preach democracy, freedom, equal rights to all oppressed, judiciary systems where justice is blind and deaf.

Then this heiress slut, who cant even make a half decent porno, walks out of jail for a DUI with a fucking ankle bracelet on, after having her sentence CUT IN HALF for 'Good Conduct'. She was only to server 23. Now it appears she's only served three. Nevermind the fact that she cant be put back in prison(its bordering on Double Jeopardy.), where if I or anybody else here got arrested for DUI, we'd be serving the full 40 days, hoping to God that we wouldnt end up dropping the soap, or being beat up by the 300 pound weightlifter with Mom tattoo'd onto his arm. I love this system, Long live capitalism!

Im not blaming just American society, but it makes us look like a joke, if this, some blonde twit, is top priority in national news over things like the G-8 Summit. Dont you find that a _little_ sad?

thought i replied here yesterday.

anyway, we need a bit of cake and a guillotine to make proper justice out of this one. i would say a second ("french") revolution against the aristocracy would do the western world good.

if you are a female and you are to be jugded, do a paris(no capital P) and claim the same treatment that she got. see if you can't get her back into prison.

It's the same as all these women teachers in the US having sex with students and getting off with community service alot of times. But the men who do that go to jail for 10 years.

There are very odd cases in the US of imbalanced sentencing. Recenty we have an illigal immigrant with no drivers licence get pulled over for drunk and driving and only get 3 days in jail.

But in the last few days we had a married couple who served beer at thier 16th birthday party for thier son get 2 years and 3 months in jail. It was a controled situation, no one drove and nothing happened.

It's a misdemeanor and the parents had no prior criminal record. That doesn't make any sense to me. With both parents in jail, who's gonna pay the bills at home? Where does this 16 year old kid live now? Foster Care?
