For right now, the beta testing is completely open. That will change as it gets further along as I see how much feedback is given, but for now all are welcome to test.

no lol, when you made your account you should have gotten an email from the forums where you have to validate your account. until you do that, rob can't send you a pm, which is done through the forums.
