no Ai in Solo Skirmish

Wheres the ai for the solo -> skirmish game in Energy Mod?

I tried against all the computer levels easy medium hard
(only bother to try skirmish in official type maps)
Ive tried against each side thats meant to work ie USA GLA CHina

In this search for a fight I cannot find any Ai that will fight back
in your Energy mod

But they all end up coloured white and just sitting there?

I await some reply response from some1 with a clue for example an Energy Mod developer
