Well in your guys case the same avatar was pretty understandable but its funny how some people might have the same avatar and they are pretty unique. In my first forum I went one guy had the same exact avatar that Argolis had ;) Not the wolf in parchment paper but without the parchment.

*lighthearted bump*

This thread is too good to not be read by everyone new in town. :D

On the note of starting out a newb or not, i just checked my very first post on t3a:
FirstPostEver

Apart from the fact i quoted the entire post right before me unnecessarily, i think i would be rather impressed by anyone who shaped their very first forum post in a like way. :p

One of first Pms sent to me was as noob as it gets. I was warned because I kept adding an image to each post I made. That was before I understood what a signature was.

Yes that means I literally added an image at the end of each post. If that's not noob than I do not know what is.

They were throwing their accumulated ideas at you really fast, hehe. And nobody seemed to notice when you mentioned you didn't know the second thing about modding. :p

Looking back, couldn't I have just used a map.str and renamed the Knights? Seeing as names are dealt with in lotr.csf/str?

Heheheeh one of my first posts too.. my first one was

Looks quite good. Pretty inaccurate to the actual movie, but good.

But if you were going for accuracy:

needs shield and the spear needs a spearhead.

Though I remember that model... I'm not sure I'd say good today :good:

but yeah.. I haven't changed much :p

My first post was something along the lines of "hey, I made some Dwarves. Are they shiny?"

Back then we didn't even have the Modelling and Skinning forum... much less the showcase thing we have now...

I really don't do requests and my Arnor Soldier is not fit for BFME. Don't ask me for either.
