Good job . I like how you made Gorbag look orc-like with the armor.
I do recommend to not use a picture of a painted clay figure for Haldir, it doesn't give you very good shading or lighting. It can be fixed by adding a dark shadow where the thigh golden armor should cast a shadow over the material under it.
If you are not a fan of editing images/drawing things from scratch, look through this website AlleyCatScratch. You should be able to find Haldir in the 'elves' group, it has many great pictures for you to use.

Nice work. The ranger is a little bit to bright, and you can't see the black uruk very good with that dark background, but all in all; nice work.

I have to agree with cahik. The face seems to crammed inside the helmet. But the oufit as a whole is rather good.
the beard texture is also good too. But perhaps is could have a little more red in it: Like so
