This is the target for my shortcut:

"C:\Program Files\Electronic Arts\The Battle for Middle-earth ™ II\lotrbfme2.exe" - mod 'potc.big'

What is wrong?

I've even done some ismple changes in mod like money starting of etc in playertemplate.ini and that is not working so i have reverted to the problem being that my -mod command isn't working.

After looking at the mods of my pc, none have quotes around the mod name.

"C:\Program Files\Electronic Arts\The Battle for Middle-earth ™ II\lotrbfme2.exe" - mod potc.big

should work therefore

and your .big layout is fine ? you did respect the original layout ? (data/ini etc...)

check these two tutorials for reference: Setting up your -mod and Setting up a .big file
