The RPG section is losing activity again from what I can see.

I believe it was the general lack of activity that caused the inactivity in the long term. If not much happens to advance things, people rather tend to assume that it's not going anywhere. At least, that's what I do/did.
I'm not pointing blame here, nor attempting to guilt trip. This is just a thing that happens, heh. Inactivity begets inactivity in RP forums.
