I have got a question who can tell me how i can take a picture from the Movie and make it to a Palantier Picture. What I must do ?

If you look in textures.big using FinalBig (google it if you havent got it), you will be able to find in there somewhere the various palentir portraits. You can extract one of them using FinalBig.

Open it up in Adobe Photoshop or a similar program and you can copy your new image in and resize it and crop it to fit. The reason I suggest editing an existing image is because they already have the alpha channels done for you (which creates the fade out effect in game).

I'm sure someone more knowledgable can tell you how to get it ingame to work with a new hero.

I open Final Big and find the Texture in one picture 4 of the Palantier images ithen i click on extrackt and he make a datei i dont can open this with my Photo studio.

OK i take the foto into the Palantier waht i must do now what this pictures comes into the textures BIG
