That is a good tech tree, however, I don't think manwe, varda, aule, and yavanna should be summoned. I think maybe they should just be on the normal list of heroes. Or manwe a ring hero depending on what the majority of people want.

you should ask some people in a poll. Should the Valar be heros are summoned. If they will be heros then this faction should would be more about heros spawning. You can ask the people though.
