I'm making a new mod with the East faction in it and i made a fortress but i don.t no how to change the base.

You can edit bases in Worldbuilder and there is a Hex Editor available to download on the site

off topic//Well the picture is a german wwii MG42 machine gun;i just threw that in because i felt like doing so.
on topic//The tutorials on the site don't help me I think i just refereanced something wrong. I really need help to make my fortress work could you give me the right fortress code and the propper way to make a base for bfme2.
I have made a base for bfme1 before but not for bfme2 so please help.

I don't think the 3rd ever came out, but I could be wrong. Here's the first

I don't get it, it's not working. Every time I do the steps it doesn't work and the base doesn't show up in-game.
