ok thanks, i looked up "water" and found it. it had to do with the flags in specialpower.ini i had to add WATER_OK and it works great. thanks everyone

yah i knew it existed in game i was just randomly searching through the ini's to find stuff for it. i went to the OCL.ini and found they already had a spawn whirlpool power i just added to it. thats how i found the elvenwhirlpool. And thank you i like the power it will go good with my map.
