ive created about 20 maps and people think their great. What do i need to do in order to package them?

Make a readme file (credit yourself there, explain each map and how to install them, etc) and zip it. Windows comes with the ability to make zip file by default. So, use it to create the zip file, put your files on it and submit it to a site that can host it (like Petrolution).
