Most of the Rebel ships are flashing red all the time :D :ninja: ;) :)

That's not a bug; it's the Find Weakness ability and it isn't specific to one ship. Thrawn, Dodonna, and Bast all have it. The red flashing means there is currently a damage bonus against that ship.
