Perhaps there could be an equivalent of the Mutant Hovel for this mod, like an Unas Cave/Dwelling/Whatever they live in.

They will have their own vilage (or city, depending on their tech level) and will have units in them.
Sometimes the map will include Serpent Gaurd (the Jaffa in this mod acctuly come from the movie, the JackelHead Jaffa), patroling a mine or outpost.
Depending on the civilin group, depends on their relationship to the other factions.
Serpent Guard see all factions as ememies.

Anyway, to extend on what you just said, what about Kheb? Based on the episode where SG-1 goes to Kheb and meets Oma Desala, could you do a Kheb map with the monastery on it? There could be a trigger area around the monastery that triggers one of Oma's lightning storms if anyone opens fire within the area - anyone fights in the monastery, they get fried .
Another idea: I know this mod is set during Anubis' time, but I think it would be cool to bring in some of the other Goa'uld System Lords that caused the SGC particular problems - namely Ra, Apophis, and Ba'al.
Here is my proposition: once you've upgraded the Pyramid with a Ha'tak, you could gain access to four more upgrades at that Ha'tak. These upgrades would be mutually exclusive - if you buy one, the others are unavailable. These four upgrades would be to choose to focus on a particular one of the System Lords I just named: Ra, Apophis, Anubis, or Ba'al. Each upgrade would give access to different stuff, as well as access to that particular System Lord as an ultra-elite hero unit. The improvements could be something like the following:
Ra
- Heavy Jaffa can be upgraded to Horus Guards with improved firepower
- Human Slaves are more efficient (they worship Ra, the supreme god who enslaved them in the first place)
- Hero unit: Ra: Powerful fighter armed with enhanced hand device who can intimidate enemies
- Bonus Hero unit: Heru'ur: Strong fighter armed with hand device and protected by personal defense shield
- Bonus Hero unit: Hathor: Medium fighter armed with hand device who can stealth and take control of enemy units
Apophis
- Heavy Jaffa can be upgraded to Serpent Guards with increased armor
- Apophis' giant Ha'tak can be summoned to deal enormous damage to a targeted area before departing again (support power)
- Hero unit: Apophis: Powerful fighter armed with hand device and protected by personal defense shield who can switch to using a staff weapon
Anubis
- Heavy Jaffa can be upgraded to Jackal Guards with slightly improved firepower and armor
- Kull Warriors are made significantly stronger
- Anubis' superweapon can be fired from orbit, annihilating everything in the target area (superweapon support power)
- Hero unit: Anubis: Half-ascended Goa'uld who is almost impossible to kill, as well as being armed with minor ascended telekinetic powers (or maybe he should be able to fire lightning bolts ?) and the ability to possess an enemy unit at the cost of his own form.
Ba'al
- Units can be teleported from one point on the map to another using stolen Asgard teleportation technology (support power)
- Hero unit: Ba'al: Medium fighter armed with hand device and protected by personal defense shield who can teleport using stolen Asgard technology and can clone himself periodically (clone numbers should be limited for balance reasons)
Anyway, I hope you'll consider this idea. I think it would add some more strategic depth to the Goa'uld.

Tau´ri:
What about Marines for the Tau´ri, additional Infantry, not as good as SG1, but better than the Assault team.
Sniper team for Tau´ri.
Tanks would be nice, what about an improved Abrams tank? Or create your own tank. (Naquadah upgrade)
Humvee (with railgun upgrade)
The AA Gun from Stargate:Atlantis. In the episodes "The Siege Part I-III"
Goa´uld:
Some kind of gliding bycicle, would be an invented unit.
A Unit wich is able to control enemy units by implantating a symbiote?
That´s it for the moment, I hope I will find something else...
Greetings

Anf the "AA Gun from Atlantis" is the Railgun, and it's allready in the mod.

O'Niel describes SG3 as Marines, so while you may do wahtever you want, it is in the show (Season 1 at least.)What is it about "If it's not in the show, it's not int he mod" don't you get? What about Marines for the Tau´ri, additional Infantry, not as good as SG1, but better than the Assault team.

I know that.

no not the navy kind of marines^^ I mean the kind of marines MCV has described. I didn´t know that you will only include units listed up on your homepage. I just thought that marines would fit in nicely.
And what do you think of the vehicles I suggested, I would like to know that
sorry, I didn´t know that it is the Railgun.
Greetings

There are plenty of mods that break the atmosphere of SG-1 by adding new units.
RepWars WILL NOT do that.
The only things being invented are a couple of things for the Replicators (refinery and harvestor units) and that is all.

won´t it be quite ...strange if hundreds of US-Soldiers fight against hundreds of Goa´uld, as you insist on being as close as possible to the TV. A Unit limitation would be good then.

I think that is set by the income rate. I it is unfeasible to acquire that many units in a single game, then you can impose such a limit without any set restrictions.hm well then is Replicator Wars an infantry based game?

Oh, idea! If it is possible, could the SG1 leave corpses when they die, just like the 'mechs? And then have the Goa'uld Pyramidship, which I think you planned to have mobile, but cannot check since you removed your link, ressurect them. Seeing how many episodes where devoted to some evil Goa'uld plan of capturing the SG1 and making them hosts to a Goa'uld, I think it would be intresting.

click on ships then look at the side and click all ships, there is a long list of different ships you could use as units, also go into technology to find things you could use too.
