Because they threw rocks so often in both the books and films  and a rock thrown eight metres by a troll is OF COURSE strong enough to bring down a Gondorian gate..

well, but you must not forget that troll has pretty nice range - and the important thing is that his dmg ( after all its flying rock what were speaking about ) does, full dmg to other siege, while his mellee dmg is weaker against siege.

nevertheless if nothing else, i like the freedom to choose which way the troll will attack - even though one is better, at lest i have the feeling that it depends on me if i want him to swing a tree or throw a rock. And thats a thing that most players like - the option to choose

About Nazguls: they were kings, not lieutenants or commanders. they was supposed to be some of the most powerful kings of the 2nd age. this means that Morgomir (mordor) and Ren the Unclean needs changing. at least description and name. Akhorahili is cool, but was he king or lord? same question goes for Uvatha and Dendra dwar. Hoarmuth is good enough, leave him.

The Black Goldfish Pisses in (read= on) the mainstream... again.

94% of teenagers today are a bunch of uninformed morons. If you are one of the 6% who actually reads the paper, or anything besides cheap magazines and a couple of schoolbooks, copy and paste this into your signature.
98% of teens have done pot. Copy and paste this to your signature if you are one of the 2% that are pot free.
92% of teens listen to nothing but rap. If you are one of the 8% that listens to real music(like metal...), copy and paste this to your signature.

I am a RJ fan, but i am too god-damn stupid to copy the sign in here...just ought to let you know!

In the early Middle-earth Role Playing games and material derived from them name the eight, other than Khamûl; Er-Murazor (the Witch-king, of Númenórean race), Dwar of Waw, Ji Indur Dawndeath, Akhorahil, Hoarmurath (Númenórean), Adunaphel the Quiet (female Númenórean), Ren the Unclean and Uvatha the Horseman. It is also not likly that any of the nine would have been female. In the Lord of the Rings Trading Card Game, chiefly based on the Jackson films, the Nazgûl are called The Witch King, Úlairë Attëa (The Easterling), Úlairë Nelya, Úlairë Cantëa, Úlairë Lemenya, Úlairë Enquëa, Úlairë Otsëa, Úlairë Toldëa and Úlairë Nertëa.

This an excerpt from a wiki of some names you could chose from if you wanted new names since those are made up.

I think that the Nazguls' names were made up for an RTS in the mid 90's.

Prove it. The only thing I can think of that's even close to that occurring is two Cave Trolls setting two slabs of stone side-by-side the Bridge of Khazad-dum for the Orcs of Moria to follow the Fellowship across on. This was all for naught, though, because the Balrog showed up and scared all of them off.

I read the fellowship 5 days ago...I have it with me for a page number, if you need more convincing.

It's not said if he's an Orc or lesser Nazgul.

Thats what I thought. I believe it is a lesser Nazgul. Would they really give the second in command to an orc? Plus the first Gothmog was the head Balrog. Sounds like a name that a Naz would call himself.

Didn't the nazzies call themselves by the names they had when kings of men? Doesn't sound like a man's name...

And...the nazguls were probably all preoccupied spreading terror into the men of gondor. That's my reading of it anyway.
