I Downloaded the mod and tried to follow the directions but I must be doing something wrong ??? I extracted all files to the Mods section in the FoC file and right cliked the shortcut went to properties and I put in the location of FoC but everytime I click the chortcut now it just brings me to the FoC folder ? Im sure Im just making a newb mistake but im miffed please help ?

Damn, from what I can tell I am doing that, I have those exact entries (because upon looking again they are in fact the locations of FoC) So im still not quite sure exactly what to do...
