Everyone starts somewhere. Good effort, at least the site works

Maybe on the picture page make the picture placed on the page instead of the background

Anything that can modify/convert to pcx, and XCC Mixer for conversion of pcx to SHP. It takes a little knowledge from experimentation to learn how to convert pcx to SHP properly.

my version of Will's works fine, just have to add .shp to the end of the file name

Ha! Don't use SHP Editor! With the method I mentioned above you'll get better results.

well see, since I don't have TS installed, when you go to change a pcx into a shp it comes out black. but I might just have a friend change it and everything for me

Problem for me is, there is probably no freeware progs that can load palletes and edit PCX's The willshp method works quite often, though as with my tesla coil, It buggered it up until someone can untangle the mess..:(

you can use a combination of Irfanview, which is freeware and can convert BMP's to PCX and can use JASC PSP palettes, and MS Paint.
